Welcome to Website Buiding Best Practices

There are so many people getting involved in network internet marketing right now and along with that, there are so many opportunities to waste your time and money!

So I wanted to start a group that will answer questions for the "newbies" and also share tips and strategies that have worked for all of us as we develop our websites, blogs and the like.

I also hope to warn people of "Get Rich Quick" schemes that don't work!

So hope you see the value in this group and consider joining!

I guess it might have been said before but :-

The quickest way to get your site onto google is to put a link on a pre existing website that you have.

So, let's say I have a website that does show up on google ie paul.com but I've just completed paulmottley.com - I put a web link on the first site and within 48hrs google will have my new site online !

Never pay for this kind of service !

seo can be a minefield but you can get top 10 listings with a little hard work and research !

It would be great if you could start a new discussion for any topic that you want to be addressed -- just as they come up. You know someone else is wondering or confused about the same thing ;-)

My life is really starting to change with all this new knowledge about websites, social marketing, etc. I even joined facebook and chatted with 2 college friends I haven't talked to in many years!
