IMHO, I think it can be hard work to be consistent! It's hard, too, to be focused when there are so many new things coming out to distract you from the long term plan you ought to have when building a website.

Here's a tip for building a website for your business. Get started. Don't plan, worry, review, and plan some more. Get something up, and then start testing and tracking what is working and what isn't.

You will be refining your site from now until the day you take it down or sell your business, so just do it.
